Frankfurt and Paris, December 21st 2016, Sanofi-Aventis Deutschland GmbH, and France Brevets entered into a royalty-fee bearing patent license agreement under the AIR FLOW Patent Licensing Program. Under the terms of the agreement, France Brevets has granted to Sanofi-Aventis Deutschland GmbH a Germany based license under the AIR Flow Patents for its installed Ventilations Systems.
The AIR FLOW Patent Licensing Program was launched this year with IRIAN TECHNOLOGIES.

France Brevets manages and lead the efforts under the Air Flow Licensing Program in Europe. The Air Flow Licensing Program gives access to the IRIAN Technologies patents for Ventilations Systems. The Licensing program addresses ventilation unit and air conditioning systems manufacturers and users.
